Biography
YAGYA RAJ PANDEYA holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jeonbuk National University, Jeonju, South Korea. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor and AI Program Coordinator at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel, Nepal. Previously, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Fuzzy Logic and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at Jeonbuk National University and as the Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at NAST College in Dhangadhi, Nepal. He also had a role as an Information Technology officer at the Ministry of Home Affairs Nepal. His research focuses on applying deep learning to real-world applications.

Biography
Harish Chandra Bhandari is a dedicated academician and researcher in the field of mathematics. Currently a lecturer at Kathmandu University, he has been actively involved in teaching and research for over a decade. Harish began his career as a Mathematics Lecturer at Sanjiwani Model Higher Secondary School in 2012 and has since held various teaching positions, including at Thames International College and Malpi International College. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics at Kathmandu University, where he also completed his M.Phil. with a thesis on Fuzzy Differential Equations. Harish’s research interests include Geometric Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Mathematical Modeling. He has published several journal articles and presented his work at numerous international conferences. Additionally, he has been involved in significant projects, including a joint project with ICIMOD on weather-based forecasting models for managing tomato late blight. Proficient in multiple languages and coding platforms, He is currently focused on Graph Neural Network.
